Professor Emeritus of Theatre and Dance Sears Eldredge presents Captive Audiences/Captive Performers, an informative and uplifting visual presentation on the little-known World War II history of civilian internees and POWs who worked tirelessly to keep their hopes for rescue alive by performing music and theatre for the other prisoners in their camps. Eldredge has researched this subject for more than 10 years and is currently writing a book about it. A continental breakfast is served at 7:30 a.m. and the presentation begins at 8 a.m. For alumni 55 and older. $5 per person. Register to attend by Monday, March 23.
