DESCRIPTION:Canoe and camp in the Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness with other Macalester alumnae! \nThis trip is full\, but a second trip is being offered August 21-25. \nPlease note that while all general information remains the same for the second trip\, the arrival date and meals will begin on Tuesday\, August 21. \nWe&rsquo\;re recreating a treasured tradition from Macalester&rsquo\;s past &ndash\; canoe and camping trips for women. In the 1940s and 50s\, these adventurous women traveled with their fearless phy-ed teacher\, Ruth Schellberg\, and cherish the memories to this day. Last year\, a group of nine women paddled down the Namekagon River and this year\, we are excited to explore the Boundary Waters of Northern Minnesota.
