Humanities Faculty Colloquium

11:45 AM  - 1:00 PM
Tuesday Feb 20, 2018
Harmon Room, DeWitt Wallace Library

The Humanities Faculty Colloquium features a Macalester faculty member presenting their own scholarship to colleagues. We aim to celebrate the contributions of the humanistic disciplines to the liberal arts, to foster a sense of community and shared intellectual enterprise among humanities faculty, and to learn more about each other’s work.

The presenter is Amy Elkins from the English department. The title of Amy’s presentation will be, "The 'Fragmentation Imagination': Collage, Film, and Ali Smith's Embodied Activism."  Lunch is generously funded by the Provost’s Office and begins at 11:45; talk starts at noon.

This event is for: Staff and Faculty
