Please join the Classics Department for the Classics Alumni Lecture Series. Two distinguished alumnae, Catie Bonesho ’09 & Rebecca Boylan Moorman ‘14, who are currently in graduate school, will present research on Latin poetry and on Aramaic inscriptions from Palmyra.

Bonesho’s talk will be "Aesthetics of Empire on Palmyrene Aramaic and Latin Bilingual Inscriptions" Moorman’s will be "The Words and the Bees: Senecan Perspectives on Encolpius as Narrator."
