9:30 AM  - 3:00 PM
Saturday Apr 1, 2017
Kagin Ballroom, Kagin Commons
Breakout sessions will be held at various locations around campus.

The first ever Twin Cities+ Student Sustainability Summit is a free event for all college students in the greater Twin Cities area. Our goal is to create a platform for knowledge exchange, networking, and collective regional action among Twin Cities college students interested in sustainability. We are pleased to offer coffee and lunch for all attendees courtesy of our sponsors. Registration is required to attend: tinyurl.com/tcsustainabilitysummit

The Summit will consist of an opening keynote lecture, breakout workshop sessions, and themed program area networking events. The breakout workshop sessions are an opportunity to share lessons and foster dialogue about different sustainability issues on campus and the broader metro region. Expect a career panel, a communications workshop, a creative direct action workshop, zero waste best practices, and more! The themed networking events will allow students interested in particular program areas - divestment, energy, food justice, inclusivity and diversity within sustainability, etc - to exchange knowledge and share resources.
