The first installation in a four part series meant to introduce students to the weightroom. This course is intended to demystify strength training in the gym, which is a great way to help you achieve your fitness goals. This week's focus is: machines. Steve Murray, Mac's Fitness Director, will guide us through an introductory lesson on proper usage and form of the machines in the weightroom, as well as offering helpful advice on how to use these effectively in our own routines.
