What makes a food healthy?  What does a “balanced” diet look like?  It seems we should know the answer, but choosing nutritious foods that taste great and fit into our busy lifestyles can be overwhelming.   This class will teach you the basics of nutrition and offer guidelines for making health-supportive dietary changes. Jennette’s practical suggestions and delicious recipes will inspire you to redefine your relationship with food, and make it a healthy one.
