7:00 PM  - 8:30 PM
Monday Sep 30, 2013
Weyerhaeuser Board Room, Weyerhaeuser Hall

The Ordway Theater of St. Paul is bringing back the musical Miss Saigon over the repeated objections of Asian American artists and activists. This panel of local artists will share their opinions on the racist, sexist, and colonialist messages in Miss Saigon and their efforts to conceive alternative stories. You'll meet engaged alums and allies, and gain valuable knowledge about artistic representation and creative social change.
