Join the Lealtad-Suzuki Center for "Soup & Substance." December's topic is "Beyond the Individual: Strategies to Leverage Wealth & Class Privilege for Social Change."
Organizers from Resource Generation (RG), which organizes young people with wealth & class privilege to become transformative leaders working toward the equitable distribution of land, wealth and power, will share their personal stories, RG's work in the Twin Cities, and discuss how everyone can be involved in this work.  Through community building, education and organizing, RG's mission is to transform philanthropy, policy, and institutions, and leverage their collective power to make lasting structural change.
"Soup & Substance," sponsored by the DML, brings together students, staff, and faculty to engage in conversations about identity, culture, and community.
