Have you fallen off track with your New Year’s resolution? Spring is the perfect time of year to spring into a healthier you! As we get ready for warmer temperatures, our health goals blossom and the spring sunshine sheds new light on our motivation toward improved personal wellness. This is the season to look great and feel great.
We have four primary energy needs: physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. This session will focus on strategies to renew our physical energy needs, which involves moving more, eating better, stressing less, and sleeping better. Due to our powerful mind-body connection, you’ll discover that renewing your physical energy can help renew your emotional, mental and spiritual energy. Join your coworkers on the journey to improved health and feeling great!
