Public Health Panel: Working at Minnesota Department of Health

In honor of National Public Health Week, the Civic Engagement Center, in collaboration with the Community and Global Health concentration, will be hosting a panel of Macalester alumni who work at the Minnesota Department of Health. 

This panel will serve as an opportunity for students to learn about what it means to work in public health at the state level.

Lunch will be provided.

Speakers include:

Buddy Ferguson: Specialist in Crisis and Emergency Risk Communication

Kate Lechner: Program Manager at WellShare International

Sudha Setty: Quality Improvement Coordinator with the Minnesota Vaccines for Children Program.

Kristin Sweet: Senior Epidemiologist in the Vaccine Preventable Disease Surveillance Unit.
