What is Global Citizenship?

We want to know and need you to show us! Apply for the Institute for Global Citizenship Student Council's (IGCSC) Live It! Fund for $500-$10,000 to design a project around your definition of global citizenship and live it out over the summer! 

Stop by the IGCSC office (on the 3rd floor of Markim Hall) anytime from 8:30 to 10 PM to discuss your ideas and ask questions about applying. 

Projects are unique and personal and therefore will reflect what you (or your group) think best embodies global citizenship. All Macalester students, first years though juniors, are welcome to apply and seniors can participate as part of a group with students who will be returning to Macalester to bring the project back to Mac. Students who are currently studying abroad or will be studying abroad in the fall can also apply. Projects must take place between May and September 2013, and applications are due by 11:59 PM on Saturday, February 16th.
