Dr. Psyche Williams-Forson, Assistant Professor and Director of Graduate Studies at the University of Maryland, “Eating in the Meantime: Expanding the Concept of Alternatives in A Changing Food World.”

The issue of how we sustainably feed the world in the coming decades is a conversation that has been sustained throughout this academic year and also served as a focal point for the International Roundtable this past fall.
