Join Mac alumni in Chicago for Music of the Baroque at Harris Theater. Nicholas Kraemer leads Handel's complete Water Music, composed for a royal voyage down the Thames and brimming with exhilarating dance tunes. Two Haydn symphonies, including one from his great "London" period, showcase what Chicago Classical Review calls Kraemer's "wonderful way with Haydn."

Arrive early to attend a pre-concert lecture and connect with alumni. The lecture will be given by WFMT announcer Peter Van De Graaff at 6 p.m. at the Chicago Cultural Center, one block west of the Harris Theater at Michigan & Randolph (Randolph entrance, first floor). Regional Chapter contact Adrian Moran '91 and other alumni will be gathering for a drink before the show in the Harris Theater multi-level lobby.
