Interfaith House for snacks, Kirk Lounge for Meditation!

Feeling stressed before finals? 

Want to learn how to keep calm and focused in any situation? 

Take a study break this Sunday, December 9th from 5:30-6:30, and come to the Interfaith House (Kirk 8 and Kirk 8 lounge) to learn about the various practices of meditation from K.P. Hong. After his talk, there will be time for meditation and relaxation. 

If K.P.'s soothing voice and immense knowledge isn't enough to bring you over to Kirk 8, there will be delicious drinks and snacks as well! Come over this Sunday night at 5:30 for an experience that will leave you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated!
