Rations: A Performance of Hunger and the Body
- 8:30 PM
Friday Apr 12, 2013
This show will be the culmination of a year-long inquiry into hunger, rationing, surplus and "development," at levels global, cultural and individual. Who gets to eat? What is nourishment? How can one's body be enough, have enough, demand enough? RATIONS will use the ir-rational means of performance to move awareness about food and apportionment, on all community plates. Directed by Beth Cleary.
