This is just a friendly reminder that ANY time a faculty or staff member enters the Leonard Center, he/she must check in at the Control Desk and get his/her Macalester ID swiped. If you forget your ID card, you can always tell the student staff working the Control Desk your ID number so they can punch it in. The main reason is for safety and security, as the Leonard Center is a controlled access building and we need to be aware of who is in the building at all times. The student workers at the Control Desk do not know all faculty and staff on campus and checking in makes their jobs much easier. Thank you for your cooperation!
