The United World College movement is celebrating its 50th birthday and to commemorate the occasion Macalester is hosting a national conference in the spring of 2013 which will bring together student leaders who are UWCers and non-UWCers alike. The focus of the conference will be on broadening the movement, discussing the core values we are celebrating and building partnerships to apply them in our communities.

As planning begins, we seek your ideas, feedback and your participation! Come to an info session on Tuesday, April 24 at 4:45 p.m. in Markim #303 (IGC) to learn more. Your input will be highly valued, as we design the themes and the character of the Conference. Remember, it is your actions that define you, and not the school you went to. All are welcome and encouraged to attend!
