Timothy Taylor, managing editor, Journal of Economic Perspectives, presents "Fixing Social Security," an overview of how the Social Security and its trust fund have evolved. Mr. Taylor will also discuss the menu of possible policy changes that will be needed for the system to keep most of its promises. He also recently had an article in the opinion section of the Star Tribune, read it here.
